Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at enquiries@teeboggy.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can make it right.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, beauty items, or hazardous materials.

EU Customers

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Standard return conditions apply.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass without your refund, please contact us.

Machine Wash Cold
Use max (30°C / 86°F) to prevent shrinking and fading.

Wash with Like Colors
Separate dark and light garments to avoid color bleeding.

Gentle Cycle
Use a gentle or delicate cycle to reduce wear and tear.

Do Not Bleach
Bleach can damage the fabric and any printed designs.

Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry
For best results, air dry the shirt. If using a dryer, set it to low heat to minimize shrinkage and preserve print quality.

Do Not Iron Directly on Print
If ironing is needed, turn the shirt inside out and use a medium heat setting. Do not iron directly over graphics or print areas.

Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents can damage the fabric and prints.
